No Return / No Refund / No Exchange
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once the order has been placed and confirmed.

- made-to-order or specially prepared items
Why this policy is in place
As many of our products may involve exclusive selection, customisation, or boutique-level handling, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- incorrect size selection
- personal preference
- color expectation differences
- delayed requirement cancellation
Damaged or Incorrect Product
In case you receive:
- a damaged product, or
- a wrong item
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- clear photos of the product
- parcel packaging images
- and, if possible, an unboxing video
After verification, our team will review the issue and assist accordingly.

Products once sold will be considered final sale unless there is a genuine issue from our side.
